Sergio's boss’ name was Ms. Maritza and the best way to describe her would be “ball-busting bitch.”  She ruled the office with an iron fist and no one was immune to her tirades.  Her husband was the CEO and therefore Ms. Maritza was untouchable.  She was the worst boss Sergio ever had.  She was demanding, impatient and rude.  She had zero tolerance for errors, even ones that were out of any reasonable person’s control.  She seemed to thrive on humiliating the staff, including Sergio from time to time.
